Dear curious reader,
Thank you for stopping by SiamOmnoiBoxingStadium.com.
My mission with this website is to give you the information you need to have an unforgettable experience watching Muay Thai in one of the last-remaining 100% traditional and authentic Muay Thai stadiums in Bangkok — Siam Boxing Stadium, better known as Omnoi Stadium, better known as Omnoi.
On this website you’ll discover all you need to know about Omnoi Stadium, from the fights to the schedule to ticket prices to seating arrangements and everything in between.
My love for Omnoi Stadium began in 2007, about seven years before I moved to Thailand during my first trip to the country. I was training at Kaewsamrit Gym in the Taling Chan district of Bangkok. A fighter from the gym, a thick-accented Englishman named Phil McAlpine, was having his last professional Muay Thai fight at Omnoi and I was invited to go watch.
From the moment I walked through the doors and sat down in the chairs to time I left the stadium something inside of me changed. My senses had been ignited in a way I’d never felt before. The aroma of nam man muay liniment hung in the humid air. The sound of the gamblers filled every corner of the stadium. The way in which they cheered, louder with every round until they came to a crescendo, was terrifyingly beautiful.
Since 2007, the stadium has barely changed. And that’s one of the greatest things about it. While all the other Muay Thai arenas upgraded their bathrooms and food choices, Omnoi remains a filthy gem off a dead-end road on the outskirts of Bangkok.
With gratitude,

P.S. This website is in no way associated with Siam Boxing Stadium. I am just a fan who noticed there was no website for the stadium, so I created one to fill a much needed void.
